| A guitarist and
vocalist since age 12, Cheryl Tibbetts loves the vocal harmonies of the Beatles,
Indigo Girls, etc., her influences range from Patsy Cline to the B52s and everything
in between. She has played throughout California for the past 10 years, originally
with the popular, Santa Cruz alternacoustic band, Riverpoets. Opening for the
likes of Ani DiFranco and playing in the LA scene, Riverpoets developed a loyal
following and released two independent albums. A guitar player by nature, Tibbetts
shifted to the bass for the jazzy, rock band, Crush. After being out of the music
scene for a couple of years, she now contributes her bass and vocal harmonies
to the music of Trusting Lucy. |
